Do callers have to choose a department?
No. Customers simply explain what they need. CallDepo understands the service request from the conversation whenever possible, so callers do not have to navigate a phone tree.
Does CallDepo replace my office staff?
No. CallDepo can support you with after-hours, overflow, or 24/7 call coverage depending on how you want calls handled.
Can CallDepo book appointments directly?
Yes. CallDepo can check your availability and book appointments directly when connected to a compatible scheduling system. If direct booking isn’t available with your current setup, CallDepo can capture the customer’s preferred appointment time for you to confirm.
How quickly can we get started?
Most setups take about 2–3 business days after we receive your completed onboarding information. We test the call experience with you before it goes live.
What is the service commitment?
CallDepo plans have an initial 12-month service commitment and are billed monthly. During the first 60 calendar days after service activation, you may cancel without an early cancellation fee. After the first 60 days, cancellation before the end of the initial 12-month term is subject to a $99 early cancellation fee.
