This Privacy Policy describes how CallDepo LLC ("CallDepo") may collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information in connection with its website and services. It is incorporated into the Customer Service Agreement. No separate signature is required for this Exhibit.

Depending on how CallDepo is used, we may collect business contact information, caller names, telephone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, appointment details, service requests, call metadata, recordings, transcripts, summaries, SMS communications, consent records, and information provided through our website, customers, integrations, or support interactions.

We may use information to provide and operate CallDepo services, answer and route calls, collect caller information, schedule or manage appointments, send requested or service-related communications, support customers, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, improve service quality, comply with legal obligations, and protect CallDepo, our customers, and users.

CallDepo uses artificial intelligence and automated technologies to process calls and other service interactions. Information may be processed by technology providers acting on CallDepo's behalf to support functions such as voice handling, transcription, scheduling, messaging, hosting, and related service operations.
4. Call Recordings and Transcripts
When configured, calls may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or analyzed to provide the service, support customers, review quality, troubleshoot problems, and improve operations. Recording and consent requirements vary by jurisdiction. CallDepo customers are responsible for required notices or consents applicable to their own use of the service.
5. SMS/Text Messaging
If a person explicitly consents to receive SMS messages, CallDepo may use the provided mobile number to send customer-care or service-related messages, including appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, requested information, directions, callback information, and similar follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
6. How We Share Information
CallDepo may share information with service providers and technology vendors that process information on our behalf and help operate the service, such as telephony, AI, hosting, scheduling, messaging, payment, security, and support providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with appropriate authorization. Service providers are expected to use information for the services they provide to CallDepo, subject to applicable agreements and law.
7. Third-Party Services
CallDepo may connect with third-party platforms or services. Their handling of information may also be governed by their own privacy policies and terms. CallDepo does not control independent third-party privacy practices.
8. Data Retention
CallDepo retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate operational needs. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, customer configuration, vendor capabilities, and legal requirements.

CallDepo uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and CallDepo cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Privacy Choices and Rights
Individuals may have privacy rights under applicable law, which may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about certain uses or disclosures of personal information. Requests may be sent to hello@calldepo.com. CallDepo may need to verify a request before responding.
11. Children's Privacy
CallDepo's business services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children through our website for consumer marketing purposes.
